Pastor Dan Ritter Pastor Dan has been in ministry for over 22 years, graduating from Concordia Seminary- St. Louis, in 1985. He and his wife, Dianne, have six children. Now as "empty-nesters", they work together as a team to serve the Lord and our congregation. Both Pastor Dan and Dianne are enrolled in the Pastoral Leadership Institute and in 2009 will be taking a short foreign mission trip to Thailand. Before coming to Mount Hope in 2006, Pastor Dan served congregations in Nebraska. Pastor Dan welcomes everyone and looks forward to meeting new families at Mount Hope.

Tracey Steivang Tracey Steivang is the Director of Discipleship at Mount Hope. She has been on staff since 2002. Tracey and her husband have two girls, Sydney and newborn, Ava.

Jennifer Adamek Jennifer Adamek is the Church Secretary at Mount Hope. She has been on staff since 2004. Jennifer and her husband have two boys who attend Mount Hope Redemption Lutheran School.

Josh Hoffman
Josh Hoffman is the Youth Director at Mount Hope. He is a fifth year Senior at Concordia College in St. Paul. Josh brings enthusiasm and engaging ideas for Sr. High Youth Night on Sunday Evenings from 6:30-8:00 pm. He recently became engaged to his fiancée, Becky.

Amanda Mulfinger
Amanda Mulfinger is Music Director of Mount Hope's Contemporary 10:45 service. In August 2007, she graduated with her doctorate in clinical psychology. She works part-time at HCMC in addition to working as the praise team leader. Amanda brings her beautiful voice and inspirational worship songs selections to Mount Hope.

David Langemo
David Langemo is the organist at Mount Hope, although he’s also been seen playing the piano, guitar or trumpet for various services. He received his bachelor’s degree in Music Education in 1994 and his master’s degree in Organizational Management in 2007, both from Concordia University, St. Paul. Concordia is also his day job; he is the Development Support Services Manager in the Advancement Office.

Dave Polzin Dave Polzin is the Principal of our Mount Hope-Redemption Lutheran School: Preschool 3, Preschool 4, Kindergarten, and Grades 1-8.
