| Pastor Dan Ritter
Pastor Dan has been in ministry for over 26 years, graduating with Masters of Divinity from Concordia Seminary- St. Louis, in 1985. He and his wife Dianne have six children. Now as "empty-nesters", they work together as a team to serve the Lord,our congregation and community. Both Pastor Dan and Dianne are graduates of the Pastoral Leadership Institute and in the summer of 2009 took a foreign mission trip to Thailand. Pastor Dan welcomes everyone and looks forward to meeting new families at Mount Hope. |

| Tracey Steivang - DCE
Tracey Steivang is the Director of Discipleship. She has been on staff since 2002. Tracey and her husband, Justin, have three daughters, Sydney, Ava and Brinley. |

| Melanie Appelquist - DCE
Melanie Appelquist is the Youth Director at Mount Hope. She received her Director of Christian Education Certification in 2005 from Concordia University, St. Paul. Melanie and her husband Mark have been married for 3 years. |

| Christina Brantner-Music Director
Christina leads worship on Sundays at 10:45am. As a versitle musician, she also leads our chapel time and weekly music class with our Child Development Center and Sunday School. Christina received her Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy at the University of Minnesota, and is currently completing her master's degree from Saint Mary of the Woods from Indiana. Interests include: scrapbooking, biking, rollerblading, tennis, golf, and cooking. |

| David Langemo - Organist
David Langemo is the organist at Mount Hope and also plays the piano, guitar. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Music Education in 1994 and a Master's Degree in Organizational Management in 2007 from Concordia University, St. Paul. He works full-time at Augsburg College in Minneapolis as an Advancement Services Specialist.

| Jennifer Adamek
Jennifer Adamek is the Administrative Assistant at Mount Hope and has been on staff since 2004. Jennifer and her husband have two boys who attend Bethany Academy in Bloomington. |

| Amy Rosckes
Amy Rosckes is the director and teacher in the Child Development Center. Amy brings 6+ years of teaching experience along with a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from St. Cloud State University and a Masters in Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University, St. Paul. Amy brings a passion for providing quality educational experiences and sharing the love of Jesus with children and families. |
