Mount Hope Worship Schedule |
Mount Hope offers a variety of worship experiences. Check the "News" link for upcoming special worship services. You are always welcome to worship with us whenever you can. We encourage you and invite you to make Mount Hope your church home, we would love for you to become a part of our growing family.
Our Sunday morning, 8:15 AM worship is our most traditional Lutheran service; liturgical and employing many of our time-honored Lutheran hymns. Our Sunday morning, 10:45 AM worship is our praise service, employing all the worship elements of a service but utilizing the more upbeat Christian praise songs of our day.
During the summer months of May, June, July and August, we also offer a Monday evening, casual,informal worship opportunity, PRAISE and PIZZA at 6:30 PM. This service is more of a blended worship experience utilizing both hymns and praise songs, followed by a light supper of pizza by the slice. Our sanctuary is air conditioned for your comfort.
During the seasons of Advent and Lent, Mount Hope also offers midweek worship opportunities on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM proceeded by a light fellowship supper beginning at 5:30 PM.

Hearing Impaired
Our sanctuary is equipped with a loop for the hearing impaired. It is an Induction Loop, which transmits the sound to hearing aids. To take advantage of this, you must have a telecoil in your hearing aid. All BTE and about 14% of ITE aids have this feature. To hear the loop, turn your hearing aid to "T" or "M/T".

Children in Worship
Children are always welcome in our worship. During our 10:45 AM, Sunday worship we invite children of all ages to come forward for a short children's message appropriately for them. If you are training your child to sit reverently in worship, please feel free to exit the service should your child become restless. The entrance area to the sanctuary is wired for sound so you can still hear the worship. The restrooms (with changing tables) are located in the entry way outside the Sanctuary.
